Submission guidelines
All paper and poster submissions should be made via EasyChair.
The deadline for paper and poster submissions is Thursday 31.10.2024.
Peer-review was performed only for abstracts that the authors submitted earlier during the process. These abstracts will be published in an online book of abstracts before the conference.
Authors intending to present at the conference must submit working papers or posters to EasyChair.
Feedback will be received on the papers during and following the conference.
Authors interested in publishing in Architectural Research in Finland (ARF) should submit their full papers through the journal's online submission system, where ARF will conduct a full blind peer review.Authors who do not wish to submit to ARF are free to submit their papers elsewhere.
Paper guidelines
The ATUT2024 paper submission guidelines are as follows:
- This script has not been published before and has not been sent to another publication.
- Cover pages with title, abstract (150 words), names, email addresses of authors and their affiliations
- Next pages include the paper, and references.
- Papers should be 5000 - 8000 words including references.
- The file is submitted as a PDF document.
- The page is A4 format with custom 2.54 cm margins on all sides.
- Line spacing is one; the font size is 12; no underlining (except for URLs); all images, and tables are placed in the manuscript with captions below figures and above tables.
- Figures and tables are not included in the word count.
- Use APA referencing style and include URLs of sources if available.

Names and email addresses entered on the cite of this publication will be used exclusively for the purposes of this publication and will not be disclosed for any other purpose or to other parties.
Poster guidelines
Poster submissions for ATUT2024 should follow the official poster template and the instructions provided within.
- The size of the poster is A1 (594 x 841 mm).
- The file is submitted as a PDF document.
